Privacy Policy

Overview
MinesweeperOnline lets you play minesweeper on the web and in our iOS and Android apps. This policy explains what data we store, why, and how you can remove it. You can play as a guest without giving us any personal information.
Account data we store
Guest play needs only an anonymous session identifier. If you bind an account with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we store the verified email address that the provider returns so we can recognise you across devices; Apple private-relay addresses are accepted as-is. We also store gameplay data tied to your account — match history, win/loss records, and solo completion times — and a record of any purchase you make. We never store passwords for social sign-in and we do not sell your data.
Advertising
Free users see banner ads served by Google AdMob in the native apps. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device and usage data such as your advertising identifier, IP address, device type, and general location. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we show Google's consent message before any personalised ad is requested. Removing ads with a one-time purchase stops these ad requests. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's own privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account the associated data is removed as described below. Anonymous guest sessions and stale matchmaking entries are cleared automatically over time.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app or website. Deletion resigns any active matches, anonymises you in finished shared games, and permanently removes your user record, solo results, purchase records, and matchmaking entries. This cannot be undone.
