Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using MinesweeperOnline you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
Use the service for personal, lawful play only. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation against other players, harass other users, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or reverse-engineer, resell, or otherwise abuse it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for activity under your account. The only paid product is a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase; it grants no gameplay advantage and is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable store's policy.
Service provided as-is
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinesweeperOnline and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$50.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in California.
